LYNX Racing Team Wins STEM Racing KSA Championship and Qualifies for World Finals in Singapore

Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia – LYNX Racing Team has secured first place at the STEM Racing KSA National Finals, earning qualification for the STEM Racing World Finals in Singapore and reinforcing its position among Saudi Arabia’s leading student teams in engineering, innovation, and project management.

The achievement was made possible with the continued support of Almajdouie Changan, which sponsored the team for the second consecutive year as part of its commitment to empowering Saudi youth and supporting educational initiatives that develop future leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Held at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) in Dhahran, the national competition brought together 20 teams and more than 280 students from across the Kingdom. Teams were evaluated across multiple disciplines including engineering design, manufacturing, project management, branding, presentations, and race performance.

Throughout the competition, LYNX Racing Team demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, creativity, and teamwork, achieving outstanding results across all judging categories. The team’s success reflects months of dedication, research, design development, testing, and collaboration, showcasing the capabilities of Saudi students in applying real-world engineering principles to competitive challenges.

STEM Racing is an internationally recognized educational program inspired by Formula 1 engineering. Students design, manufacture, test, and race miniature compressed-air-powered cars while developing skills in engineering, data analysis, leadership, communication, and teamwork. The program serves as a platform for nurturing future innovators and preparing students for careers in advanced industries.

By securing first place nationally, LYNX Racing Team has earned the opportunity to represent Saudi Arabia at the STEM Racing World Finals in Singapore, where it will compete alongside top student teams from around the world.
