ZOOD Real Estate has launched Élevée, an eight-tower mixed-use development in Riyadh’s Al-Nakheel district, with an investment value exceeding SAR 2.5 billion. Designed by Spanish architecture firm Elia and developed in strategic partnership with Jadwa Investment, the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.
The launch was marked by a ceremony at Hittin Palace in Al-Nakheel on Monday evening, attended by prominent figures from the business and real estate sectors.
Eng. Yasser Al-Qazlan, Chief Executive Officer of ZOOD Real Estate, said the company aims to create more than buildings by developing places that offer comfort, privacy and a sense of belonging while bringing together Saudi identity and contemporary architecture.
“Élevée is the first clear expression of that philosophy,” Al-Qazlan said. He described the development as an integrated urban community that combines residential spaces, hospitality, offices, retail and green areas into a connected living experience.
Eight Towers Bringing Together Living, Work and Leisure
Élevée will comprise three residential towers, two hospitality towers featuring a hotel and hotel apartments, and three office towers. The development will also include two standalone retail buildings, creating a mix of residential, commercial and hospitality spaces within one community.
More than 40% of the project’s area will be dedicated to open spaces and landscaping. These will include a central park, landscaped areas between buildings, a rooftop garden and wide walkways designed to connect the different parts of the development.
Amenities across the buildings will include a nursery, children’s club, business lounge, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants and a gym. The development will also feature a civil defence centre, alongside 24-hour reception and security services. Facilities will vary depending on the building.

Strategic Location in Al-Nakheel
Located near Riyadh’s Northern Ring Road, Élevée will offer connectivity to the King Abdullah Financial District and King Khalid International Airport. The surrounding Al-Nakheel district is home to residential communities, offices, schools and essential services.
The location and mix of facilities are intended to support a connected urban lifestyle, bringing everyday needs, workspaces, hospitality and leisure closer together.
Al-Qazlan thanked Jadwa Investment for its role as strategic partner and Elia for its architectural contribution to the project.
He added that Élevée represents the beginning of a wider journey for ZOOD Real Estate, with the company aiming to develop projects that preserve Saudi identity, respond to changing aspirations and create lasting value.
With an investment exceeding SAR 2.5 billion and completion planned for the end of 2029, Élevée marks a major addition to Riyadh’s mixed-use real estate landscape.
