Dar Global and Trump Organization Launch $1 Billion Trump Plaza in Jeddah

Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, and The Trump Organization have unveiled plans for Trump Plaza Jeddah, a mixed-use development valued at over USD 1 billion. The announcement marks the third major collaboration between the two firms in Saudi Arabia, following earlier projects including Trump Tower Jeddah.

Located in the heart of the Amaya development along King Abdulaziz Road, Trump Plaza Jeddah is designed to be a new landmark in the Red Sea city’s fast-growing property market. The project brings together high-end residences, office space, retail outlets and dining options into a single, carefully integrated complex.

The residential offering ranges from fully furnished one- to three-bedroom Trump Executive Residences to premium two- to four-bedroom Trump Park Residences and exclusive four-bedroom Trump Townhouses. The development also includes home office spaces and optional rental management services aimed at international buyers seeking turnkey ownership solutions.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, said the project underscores the brand’s commitment to “world-class quality and iconic design” and reflects confidence in Jeddah as a global city. Dar Global CEO Ziad El Chaar described the development as a “major milestone” for the company’s Saudi portfolio and said it is intended to create a vibrant urban ecosystem where residents can live, work and socialize.

The development will also feature an exclusive Vitality Club with amenities such as golf simulators, a spa, fitness facilities, swimming pools and curated dining concepts. Destination restaurants and retail venues, including Trump Grill and Trump Daily, are planned to add to the project’s lifestyle appeal.

Trump Plaza Jeddah sits within a broader push by Saudi Arabia to expand its real estate sector as part of economic diversification efforts. Policies such as incentives for foreign property ownership and zero percent capital gains tax are aimed at attracting international investment to the Kingdom.

This latest development continues a deepening partnership between Dar Global and The Trump Organization, with multiple luxury branded projects underway across Saudi Arabia.
