Dyson has launched the Dyson Airsmooth™, its first dedicated hot-air brush, in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering a styling tool designed to combine faster drying with controlled styling while supporting hair health.
Available from October 5, the Dyson Airsmooth™ brings together Dyson’s airflow technology with PivotFlex™ and Anti-snag bristle technology to help dry, smooth and lift hair in a single routine.
Designed for all hair types, the device aims to simplify everyday styling, from smoothing and stretching curls to preparing hair for further styling.
Designed to Work With Hair, Not Against It
Dyson says traditional hot-air brushes can expose hair to excessive heat and mechanical stress, potentially contributing to dryness and breakage.
The Dyson Airsmooth™ uses a patented dual-bristle system designed to guide hair through the styling process.
Its Anti-snag bristles feature a looped structure that collapses to release strands more easily, helping reduce snagging and improve comfort during styling.
The PivotFlex™ bristles use an open-base design to diffuse and control high-pressure airflow. They can flex up to 90 degrees, helping hair wrap and release smoothly while creating tension without tangling.
Together, the two bristle systems form a teardrop-shaped configuration designed to provide tension from root to tip. This helps stretch curls and coils, smooth lengths and reduce frizz in a single motion.
Intelligent Heat Control
The Dyson Airsmooth™ also features intelligent heat control technology that measures temperature 100 times per second.
The system is designed to provide controlled styling while helping protect the integrity of different hair textures and natural curl patterns.
The device is engineered for straight, wavy, curly and coily hair, supporting routines ranging from everyday smoothing to creating a stretched and polished base for additional styling.
Built for Everyday Routines
The Dyson Airsmooth™ has been designed with a lightweight and ergonomic form for comfortable use across different hair lengths.
It also features universal voltage, making it suitable for travel and everyday routines away from home, including weekends, holidays and post-gym styling.
The device is positioned as a simpler approach to achieving a natural blowout without requiring a complicated styling routine.
The Latest Addition to Dyson’s Hair Styling Range
The Dyson Airsmooth™ builds on a decade of Dyson research into hair science and airflow technology.
The company entered the hair styling category with the Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer in 2016, followed by the Dyson Airwrap™ in 2018, which introduced airflow-based styling as an alternative to extreme heat.
The range has since expanded with products including the Airwrap i.d.™, Dyson’s first Bluetooth® connected multi-styler, the Dyson Airstrait™ for wet-to-dry straightening and the Airwrap Co-anda 2x™, which offers increased air pressure and six-in-one styling versatility.
The Airsmooth™ is the latest addition, focusing on faster drying, smoother finishes and everyday styling.
Pairing With Dyson Omega™
Dyson also recommends pairing the Airsmooth™ with the Dyson Omega™ leave-in conditioning spray as a combination for stretching and smoothing hair.

The Dyson Airsmooth™ is available in the UAE and Saudi Arabia through Dyson’s regional websites and selected Dyson Demo Stores.
It is priced at AED 999 in the UAE and SAR 999 in Saudi Arabia.
In the UAE, it is available at Dyson Demo Stores in Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif, Dubai Hills Mall and the Dyson pop-up at Terminal 3, as well as Yas Mall and The Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi and Jimi Mall in Al Ain.
In Saudi Arabia, it is available at Nakheel Mall and Riyadh Park Mall in Riyadh, Red Sea Mall in Jeddah and Nakheel Mall in Dammam.
The device is also available at Hamad International Airport in Qatar, at Departures, Concourse C.
