Emlak Konut, Türkiye’s largest real estate investment and development company, has announced the launch of Hayat Makkah, a major residential project developed in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC). The project spans approximately 255,000 square metres within the Haram boundary and forms part of a comprehensive master plan covering more than 5 million square metres, reflecting the scale of future development planned for the area.
