Saudi Arabia’s luxury tourism sector has reached another milestone with the opening of Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, welcoming its first guests and officially bringing the AMAALA destination to life. Developed by Red Sea Global, the launch marks the beginning of operations at the highly anticipated coastal wellness destination on the Kingdom’s northwestern Red Sea coast.

Located within Triple Bay, the resort combines luxury hospitality, wellness experiences, and access to one of the region’s most pristine coastal environments. The property is designed to serve both leisure travelers and wellness-focused visitors seeking a destination centered on relaxation, regeneration, and outdoor experiences.

The newly opened resort features 202 guest accommodations, including rooms, suites, and private villas, alongside a collection of branded residences overlooking the Red Sea. Landscaped gardens, water features, and expansive outdoor spaces have been incorporated throughout the property to create a tranquil setting inspired by the surrounding coastline.

A major focus of the resort is wellness. Guests can access a dedicated spa complex built around an Organic Spa Garden that includes a sculpted waterfall and treatment spaces designed to promote relaxation and recovery. Planned wellness offerings include therapies such as halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skincare treatments, alongside fitness and outdoor activities.

The resort also offers six dining venues, family-focused facilities through the Kids For All Seasons program, and a Discovery Centre designed to help visitors engage with the surrounding environment and local ecosystem.

Beyond the resort itself, the opening is significant for Saudi Arabia’s wider tourism ambitions. AMAALA is being developed as a luxury lifestyle and wellness destination that places sustainability and environmental stewardship at its core. According to Red Sea Global, the Four Seasons property operates using 100 percent renewable energy and is supported by advanced waste management systems aligned with the developer’s regenerative tourism strategy.

The launch of Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is expected to be followed by several other high-profile hospitality openings across the destination, including properties operated by brands such as Rosewood, Six Senses, Equinox, and The Ritz-Carlton. Together, these developments aim to position AMAALA as one of the world’s leading luxury wellness destinations.

With its first guests now arriving, AMAALA has moved from vision to reality, adding a new chapter to Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding Red Sea tourism landscape and strengthening the Kingdom’s position in the global luxury travel market.
