Hajj Conference 2026 to Bring Together More Than 520 Organisations in Jeddah

The sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition will take place in Jeddah from November 8 to 11, 2026, bringing together more than 520 organisations from the government, private and non-profit sectors in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the event is organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in collaboration with the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of Saudi Vision 2030’s initiatives.

The conference will support preparations for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, providing a platform to discuss operational requirements, complete service agreements, explore new solutions and build partnerships to improve services for pilgrims.

Three Main Themes

The conference will bring together government officials, industry leaders and specialists from around the world across three main themes: infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and sustainable development.

The sixth edition will feature more than 15 dedicated zones and programmes, including the Hajj Conference, Hajj Council, workshops, an entrepreneurship and innovation zone, a hackathon and a business centre.

New additions include an awareness and training forum, alongside specialised technology, health, media and aviation zones. A dedicated meeting for heads of Hajj affairs offices will also provide an opportunity for international stakeholders to discuss priorities and strengthen cooperation.

Exhibition to Cover More Than 67,000 Square Metres

Alongside the conference, a specialised exhibition covering more than 67,000 square metres will showcase services, technologies and solutions supporting the Hajj journey.

Participants from more than 150 countries are expected to represent sectors including aviation, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce development and investment.

The exhibition will bring together service providers, Hajj affairs offices and industry specialists to explore opportunities for collaboration and business development.

Building on Previous Success

The previous edition attracted more than 204,000 visitors and featured 270 exhibitors from over 150 countries. Its programme included 134 specialised sessions and workshops, while more than 2,600 participants from around the world benefited from its training programmes.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited organisations, professionals and other interested participants to register for the sixth edition and take part in its sessions and activities.
