Sadia Halal Showcases Food Innovation and Multi-Protein Portfolio at Saudi Food Show

The company presented new foodservice solutions and highlighted its growing presence across Saudi Arabia and the GCC

Sadia Halal showcased its latest product innovations and expanding multi-protein portfolio at the Saudi Food Show in Jeddah, highlighting its focus on meeting the changing needs of consumers and B2B customers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Among the products presented was the Sadia Halal Shawarma Tower, designed to offer foodservice operators a convenient solution that simplifies preparation while supporting operational efficiency and cost management.

During the event, Sadia Halal welcomed H.E. Eng. Khalil bin Salamah, Saudi Arabia’s Vice Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industrial Affairs, and H.E. Eng. Majed Al-Argoubi, CEO of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), to its stand.

The guests toured the stand and explored the company’s latest food innovations, including value-added and convenient solutions focused on food safety.

Marquinhos Molina, Chairman of Sadia Halal and CEO of MBRF in Saudi Arabia, said the Saudi Food Show provided an opportunity to engage with customers and partners while demonstrating how innovation can address evolving market needs.

Expanding Across the Region

Sadia Halal operates through a joint venture between MBRF Global Foods Company and Halal Products Development Company (HPDC), a Public Investment Fund company.

Following the financial closing of the transaction in May 2026, valued at approximately SAR 8 billion, the company is building on its existing operational platform and market presence as it enters its next phase of growth.

Its integrated footprint includes three industrial plants, 17 distribution centres and five commercial offices across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.

The company is focused on expanding its multi-protein, value-added and ready-to-prepare products while strengthening its ability to serve customers across different channels and markets.

Molina said Saudi Arabia remains central to the company’s growth ambitions alongside the wider GCC and MENA regions. He added that the company aims to contribute to the development of the region’s food sector through innovation, local capabilities and resilient supply chains, while supporting food security ambitions in Saudi Arabia and the region.
