The strategic agreement will deliver integrated ground handling and air cargo services, supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a global logistics hub under Vision 2030.

SAL Logistics Services, the Kingdom’s national leader in cargo handling, logistics solutions, and supply chain management, has signed a strategic agreement with SF Airlines, one of China’s leading air cargo carriers and a subsidiary of SF Express, to provide integrated ground handling and air cargo services across Saudi Arabia.
The partnership marks another milestone in SAL’s ongoing efforts to expand its operational capabilities while supporting the Kingdom’s growing role in global trade and logistics. Through its Ground Handling Division, SAL will deliver a comprehensive range of operational services for SF Airlines, combining its extensive expertise with the carrier’s international cargo network, which spans more than 130 destinations worldwide.
The agreement aligns with SAL’s strategy to enhance operational efficiency, service reliability, and customer experience while contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. It also reinforces Saudi Arabia’s ambition to establish itself as a leading global hub connecting international trade, transport, and supply chains.
Under the agreement, SAL will provide a full suite of integrated operational services, including air cargo handling, aircraft loading and unloading, and a range of ground handling solutions for SF Airlines’ flights operating within the Kingdom. The collaboration is expected to streamline cargo operations, improve turnaround times, and deliver higher levels of operational excellence.
By combining SAL’s proven expertise in air cargo ground handling with SF Airlines’ expanding international operations, the partnership aims to strengthen the efficiency and reliability of cargo movement while supporting the increasing demand for world-class logistics services in the region.
The agreement also reflects SAL’s broader commitment to building long-term strategic partnerships with leading global airlines and logistics providers. Through continued investment in infrastructure, technology, and operational excellence, the company is expanding its integrated service portfolio to meet the evolving needs of international trade and supply chain management.
As Saudi Arabia continues to invest heavily in its logistics sector, collaborations such as this are expected to play a key role in enhancing cargo connectivity, facilitating global commerce, and strengthening the Kingdom’s competitiveness across regional and international markets.
