The World’s Most Valuable Trophy on Display at Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition

Visitors to the Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026 have the opportunity to see and take photos with the original Saudi Cup trophy, one of the most valuable prizes in horse racing in terms of prize money and international attention.

Faisal Al-Attawi, official spokesperson for the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, said the club’s participation in the exhibition includes an information pavilion highlighting the world of horse racing, the club’s major championships and racing seasons.

The pavilion also offers interactive content introducing visitors to the racing experience and the development of the sport in Saudi Arabia.

Celebrating Saudi Equestrian Heritage

Al-Attawi said the club’s participation reflects the close connection between horses, falcons, hunting and Saudi heritage. It also provides an opportunity to engage with a wider audience and introduce more visitors to horse racing culture.

The pavilion highlights several major trophies and championships, along with information about the visitor experience at King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh and activities held during race days.

The participation also introduces the Riyadh Racing Season 2026-2027, which begins on October 16, 2026, and runs until April 17, 2027.

The season will feature 50 race nights and 569 races, with total programme prize money of approximately SAR 235 million.

Saudi Cup Returns in February

The Saudi Cup will take place on February 5 and 6, 2027, at King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh.

The event will offer total prize money of approximately $40 million and attract leading horses and jockeys from around the world, particularly from the United States, Europe and Japan.

The main race carries a prize of $20 million, highlighting the scale and competitive significance of the event on the international horse racing calendar.

The Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition provides visitors with an opportunity to explore the connection between Saudi equestrian traditions and the wider heritage of falconry, hunting and outdoor pursuits.
