World’s Largest Sneaker Exhibition, Sneaker Con, Arrives in Jeddah for the First Time

Jeddah will host its first Sneaker Con from February 1 to February 3, 2026, in a major expansion of the global sneaker culture festival into Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea city. The event will take place at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, a venue known for hosting high-profile motorsport races, including the Formula One Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

Sneaker Con is recognised internationally as one of the largest gatherings dedicated to sneaker enthusiasts and streetwear culture. The event originated in the United States and now spans more than 30 cities worldwide, including New York, London, Shanghai and Riyadh. It brings thousands of visitors together to showcase, trade, buy and sell rare and sought-after sneaker releases.

For Jeddah, the three-day festival marks a notable addition to the city’s calendar of cultural and entertainment events. Part of Jeddah Season 2026, Sneaker Con will run daily with sessions scheduled in the late afternoon and evening. Organisers have said ticketing details will be released soon on platforms such as webook.com, and that various activities will be available for attendees.

A central feature of Sneaker Con is the Trading Pit, where visitors can negotiate sales, swaps and trades with other attendees. This live marketplace atmosphere has become a defining part of the festival in other cities, enabling collectors to connect directly over rare and limited-edition sneakers.

Reports indicate that the event will draw a mix of global and local streetwear brands, content creators and culture-focused guests. Sneaker Con traditionally serves as a platform for emerging designers, resellers and fans alike, offering networking opportunities alongside access to highly collectible footwear and apparel.

Entry is expected to be free, though attendees are advised to secure their places in advance once official ticketing opens. The festival’s schedule and exhibitor list will likely be announced closer to the start date.

Local businesses and culture observers have welcomed the announcement, saying the event could help expand Jeddah’s reputation as a hub for youth culture and lifestyle events. Sneaker Con’s arrival follows successful editions in Riyadh, where the convention drew significant crowds and boosted engagement in the streetwear market.

Sneaker Con Jeddah is expected to attract enthusiasts from across the region. With its combination of commerce and community, the event underscores the growing influence of sneaker culture in Saudi Arabia’s cultural scene.
