MAKKAH – Masar Destination, developed and operated by Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company, welcomed members of the Children with Disability Association (CWDA) for a special community event that combined education, entertainment, and Islamic values through an engaging cultural experience.
Held at Niyyah Restaurant, the initiative formed part of the “Following in the Footsteps of the Beloved Prophet – Peace Be Upon Him” programme, which introduces children to key moments from the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) through interactive learning and guided visits to significant historical landmarks in Makkah.
The journey concluded at Niyyah Restaurant, where children explored dishes inspired by the Prophetic tradition while learning about the Prophet’s guidance on healthy eating and nutrition. Through interactive activities, the programme encouraged participants to deepen their understanding of Islamic heritage in a fun and meaningful way.
To make the experience even more memorable, the event featured a range of child-friendly activities, including face painting and balloon twisting, alongside a warm hospitality experience provided by Niyyah Restaurant. The activities created a joyful atmosphere, encouraging participation and bringing smiles to both the children and their families.
