The dates for the 2026 edition of A Thousand and One, the imaginative festival from MDLBEAST, have just been revealed. The second edition of this popular two-night party will take place in Riyadh from Thursday, April 23 to Friday, April 24, 2026. Gates will open around 7 pm, and the music will keep going until about 4 am both nights.
Last year’s A Thousand and One made a big splash when it debuted in Riyadh in April 2025. The idea was simple but exciting: a festival that blends electronic and dance music with immersive stages inspired by Arabian tales, so you felt like you were wandering through a story as much as listening to music. Fans came out in great numbers for two full nights of performances.
The first edition featured a stacked lineup of global stars and regional favourites. Big names like DJ Snake, Salvatore Ganacci and R3HAB played alongside local and regional artists such as Vinyl Mode, Nooriyah and Baloo.

There were also more than 50 other performers across multiple stages, making each night feel fresh and different.
Fans praised the festival not just for the music, but for its creative vibe and themed spaces. People talked about how stepping into A Thousand and One was like entering another world under the desert sky, with each stage offering something new to explore.
For 2026, MDLBEAST promises new stages and otherworldly experiences that build on that success. The full artist lineup isn’t out yet, but if last year is anything to go by, it will be well worth the wait. Tickets are already on sale, starting from SAR 279 for a one-day pass.
After a strong debut last year, A Thousand and One 2026 is expected to be one of the most anticipated music events of the spring season.
