Riyadh Prepares for Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026

The 2026 edition will cover 197,000 square metres and run from October 1 to 10

Preparations are underway at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, ahead of the opening of the Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026 on Thursday.

The exhibition will cover 197,000 square metres, bringing together falconry, hunting, travel, adventure and heritage, alongside exhibitors, brands, events and interactive experiences.

The event has continued to grow in recent years. In 2025, it attracted more than 700,000 visitors, with over 1,400 exhibitors and brands from 47 countries. Sales exceeded SAR 91 million.

Experiences Across the Exhibition

Current preparations include exhibitor stands, event areas and a wide range of visitor experiences. These include Future Falconer, Shalail Museum, taxidermy, four-wheel drive activities, archery, air and firearms shooting, virtual shooting, falcon calling, fishing, hiking, folkloric performances, At-Turaif, safari, camel and equestrian experiences, and the Al-Miqnas hunting experience.

The exhibition will also feature knowledge-based workshops covering falconry, heritage, taxidermy, travel and adventure, vehicle preparation, safety and rescue. Specialists and experienced practitioners will lead the sessions, giving visitors opportunities to learn directly from experts.

Al-Melwah Competition

Preparations are also underway for the Al-Melwah competition, which will take place from October 4 to 9.

This year’s competition has expanded to 12 rounds, with six rounds for owners and amateurs and six for professionals and elite participants. A total of SAR 723,000 in prizes will be distributed among the top five competitors in each round.

Visitor Transport

A shuttle bus service will connect Malham with three locations in Riyadh: Granada Mall, Riyadh Park and Boulevard City.

Outbound services will operate from 1pm to 9pm, while return journeys will run from 3pm to 11:30pm.

The exhibition will also be covered by the “Qarnas” programme, which will broadcast interviews and field reports from the event, highlighting falconers, exhibitors, guests and specialists, as well as the experiences and stories surrounding falconry and hunting.

The Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026 will be open daily from 2pm to 11pm from October 1 to 10 under the theme “An Experience for Everyone.”
