On December 31, 2025, Six Flags Qiddiya City officially opened near Riyadh, marking a historic moment for Saudi Arabia. It is the first Six Flags park built entirely from scratch outside North America and a key milestone in the country’s ambitious Qiddiya City entertainment project.
Spreading across more than 320,000 square metres, the park was designed as a full-day destination rather than a short visit. Visitors now explore 28 rides and attractions across six themed lands, each offering a different mood and story.
Steam Town welcomes guests with playful mechanical-style rides, while Twilight Gardens focuses on family-friendly adventures. Discovery Springs brings water-themed experiences into the desert setting. The atmosphere changes again in Grand Exposition and Valley of Fortune, where celebration, culture, and classic fairground fun come together.
At the centre of the park stands City of Thrills, built for visitors who live for speed, height, and daring drops. This is where the park’s biggest attractions dominate the skyline and set new standards for excitement.

Records Are Meant to Be Broken
The star of Six Flags Qiddiya City is Falcon’s Flight, now officially the world’s tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster. Stretching across the desert terrain, the ride sends guests through breathtaking heights, steep drops, and unmatched speeds, quickly becoming one of the most talked-about roller coasters on the planet.
Falcon’s Flight is only one part of the park’s record-breaking collection. Iron Rattler has opened as the tallest tilted coaster, while Sirocco Tower now holds the title as the tallest free-standing shot tower ride in the world. Alongside these are giant pendulum rides and high-energy coasters that push thrill-ride design to new levels.
Yet the park is not only built for thrill seekers. Families and younger visitors have their own spaces filled with colourful rides, interactive play zones, and relaxed attractions that offer fun without the fear factor.
Beyond the rides, Six Flags Qiddiya City feels like a complete entertainment destination. Guests can enjoy a wide range of international food outlets, cafés, snack corners, and themed restaurants spread across the park. Shopping streets offer souvenirs, toys, and keepsakes so visitors can take a piece of Qiddiya home.
More than just a theme park, Six Flags Qiddiya City stands as a symbol of Saudi Arabia’s expanding tourism vision. Located at the heart of Qiddiya City, a growing hub for sports, culture, arts, and entertainment, the park has already begun reshaping how the world experiences theme parks in the desert.
